Stuffed onion gravy
Ingredients--
15 small onion
1/4 tsp Haldi
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Salt
For curry---
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Hing
Curry leaves
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
3 green chilli
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp jeera and coriander powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 capsicum in cubes
1.5 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup curd
1/2 cup water
Kasoori methi
Method--
In a bowl take all onions and mark cross upon them
Then add all spices and toss them
Leave for 15 min.
Now heat oil add jeera,rai and hing
Then ginger,onion and green chilli
Saute them
Now add all spices and cook
Add capsicum and stir
Then add tomato puree and let it cook till oil come out
Then add xurd and mix
Add water and onion
Cover and cook for 7 min.
Our vegetable is ready
