Eggless Orange chia seeds cake
Ingredents--- 2 tsp orange zest 1 /2 cup oil 1.1/4 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 tsp vinegar 2 tsp chia seeds 2 drops of orange colour Method--- Preheat ovan Grate orange zest Take oil in a bowl Sieve flour,baking powder,baking soda and sugar in bowl Mix well add orange juice and zest and mix Add colour and vinegar and mix Add chia seeds and mix finely Grease a mould Pour batter in it Bake cake for 25 min at 180 degree
