🍁Ingredents---- 🍁For filling---- 1 tbsp cabbage 1 tbsp carrot 1 tbsp corn 1 tbsp boil potato 1 tbsp grated paneer 1 tbsp french beans 1 tsp chop ginger 1 tsp chop green chilli Coriander leaves Salt per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp garam masala Lemon juice 1 tsp oil for stuffing Oil for frying 🍁For dough--- 1 cup flour Salt 1 tbsp oil Water as required 🍁Method---- Chop all vegetables Heat oil in pan Add jeera Add ginger and green chilli Now add beans and carrot and cook them We don't want to cook them completely So add cabbage and corn Cook them also a little Then add potato and paneer Mix all of them and add spices Lastly add coriander leaves Our stuffing is ready 🍁For dough-– Take flour and salt,add oil and rub flour Then add water and make a dough Keep for 20 min.to set Then roll down and take a mould And put the roll disc in it Fill in center with filling And close it,remove extra dough An

Ingredients to make Mahallabia 1/2 litre Milk3 tbsp Sugar3 TBSP Cornflour1/2 tsp rose WaterRise Cream---3 tbsp Cream3 Tbsp Rose SyrupTopping----1/4 cup Water1 .5 tsp Cornflour2 tbsp Rose syrupPiping bagAssembling---CHOPPED DRY FRUITSPista for toppingSecret ingredent---Is cardmon How to make Mahallabia For pudding---- In pan add milk,sugar and cornflour Mix them finely Turn on flame stir continuously Cook until milk thickens Set aside For topping---- In water add cornflour,rose and mix well In a pan cook it on low flame When become thick fill it in piping bag For rose cream--- In cream add rose syrup Mix well and keep aside Assembling--- In bowl add chop nuts Then mix rose cream in milk pudding Pour it upon nuts And cardmon powder Then take piping bag and make lines Design it as you like Garnish with pista Keep in freeze Make lines and design with tooth pick Serve cold
