Khasta chupa rustam


๐ŸIngredents----

๐ŸFor filling----

1 tbsp cabbage
1 tbsp carrot
1 tbsp corn
1 tbsp boil potato
1 tbsp grated paneer
1 tbsp french beans
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
Coriander leaves
Salt per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
Lemon juice
1 tsp oil for stuffing
Oil for frying

๐ŸFor dough---
1 cup flour
Salt
1 tbsp oil
Water as required

๐ŸMethod----

Chop all vegetables
Heat oil in pan
Add jeera
Add ginger and green chilli
Now add beans and carrot and cook them
We don't want to cook them completely
So add cabbage and corn
Cook them also a little
Then add potato and paneer
Mix all of them and add spices
Lastly add coriander leaves
Our stuffing is ready

๐ŸFor dough-–

Take flour and salt,add oil and rub flour
Then add water and make a dough
Keep for 20 min.to set
Then roll down and take a mould
And put the roll disc in it
Fill in center with filling
And close it,remove extra dough
And prepare all flowers like that
Heat oil and fry them
Serve with sauce
