रेनबो ब्रैड | Rainbow bread Recipe in Hindi रेनबो ब्रैड बनाने की सामग्री ( Rainbow bread Recipe Banane Ki Samagri Hindi Me ) 1.5 कप मैदा1/2 कप दूध1 अंडे का योक1 चम्मच यीस्ट1 चम्मच चीनीनमक1.5 चम्मच मक्खन6 तरह के रंग रेनबो ब्रैड बनाने की विधि ( Rainbow bread Recipe Banane Ki Vidhi Hindi Me ) गुनगुना दूध लेकर उसमें अंडे का योक मिला ले अच्छी तरह से फेंटे और उसमे यीस्ट और चीनी मिलाएं मैदे मे नमक मिला ले पिघला मक्खन दूध के मिक्स मे मिलाएं मैदे को भी मिला कर गूंथ ले मैदे को 15 मिनट तक नीड कर 6 भागों मे बाट ले अलग अलग भाग मे अलग अलग रंग मिला ले तेल लगाकर सभी भागों को ढककर 2 घंटे तक गरम जगह पर रख दे एक कटोरी मे पानी ले मोल्ड को ग्रीज़ कर ले एक एक भाग को उगलियों के पोरो से फैला ले पानी लगाने से आराम से समतल रुप मे मोल्ड के साइज के अनुरुप फैला ले मोल्ड मे बिछाएं पानी मे उगलियों को गीला करके पहले भाग पर फैला ले अब दूसरे भाग की भी परत बना कर पानी लगा कर पहले पर चिपका ले इसी तरह सभी भागों की परतें लगायें वापस तैयार मोल्ड को ढक कर रख दे सारी परतें फूल कर बढ जाएगी अवन को प्रीहीट
