Ingredients to make Beet malai kofta in white gravy

1 cup grated beetroot1/2 cup Besan1/4 cup rice FlourSalt as per tasteCoriander leaves1 chop green ChilliOil for fryingFor Gravy---1 cup chopped Onion1/4 cup Almonds1/4 cup Cashew nuts1 tbsp Ghee2 cardmon1/4 tsp cinnemon powder1/2 tsp garam Masala1/2 cup milk1/2 cup CreamSalt as per taste

How to make Beet malai kofta in white gravy

Grate beetroot

Soak almonds and cashews

Peel almonds

Add almonds,cashews,chilli and onion and make paste in mixi

Take beetroot paste,besan and rice flour

Add salt and mix finely

Heat oil and make koftas

Then heat ghee in a pan and add onion cashew paste

Saute it and cook

When it leaves ghee add little water

Now add salt and garam masala and cinnemon powder

Then add milk and cook till thick

Finally add cream and stir

Our gravy is ready

At the time of serving pour gravy in bowl and arrange koftas

Garnish with cashews

Serve hot
