Imli gud ki pyaaz ki subji
Ingredients--
6 onion
2 tomato
1 inch ginger
4 green chilli
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 tsp imli
2 tbsp gud
2 tbsp Mustard oil
1 tsp kalonji
Or 1 tbsp panch phoran
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Method--
Chop onion and tomato in halves
Heat oil in kadhai and add panch phoran let
Splutter it
Add gud ,imli and little water
Mix them cook a little and add all spices
Add water and tomatoes
Cover and cook them add little salt
When tomatoes cook half add onion
Cover and cook for 4 min.
Our vegetable is ready
