Lemon brownie

Ingredients---

1.5 cup flour
1 cup butter
1.5 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup curd
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk

Glaze---

3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lemon zest

Method--

cream butter and sugar in a bowl
Then add curd and beat
Then sieve flour and baking powder
Add wet ingredients in dry and fold
Add zest and lemon juice
Lastly add milk and adjust consistency
Preheat ovan
Grease mould or take silicon mould
Transfer mix in mould
Bake in ovan for 25 to 30 min.
Till then make glaze
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix till sugar dissolves
Our glaze is ready
When brownie baked take out from ovan and cool it
Then spread glaze upon it and let set for 3-4 hours
Cut and serve
