Tamatar pyaaz ka parantha

Ingredients--

1 onion
2 tomato
3 chilli
1 inch ginger
5 cloves garlic
Coriander leaves
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/4 tsp ajwain
Salt
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Kasoori methi
Rai
Jeera
Hing
2 tbsp besan
1 cup poha
1 cup aata
1 tbsp mustard oil

Method----

Make dough and keep aside
Heat wok add oil hing jeera and rai
Then ginger,chilli and garlic
Cook them add onion
Cook it and add tomato
Add salt and cover for 2 min.
Then add add spices
And besan make dry
Add poha our stuffing ready
Make parantha serve hot
