Masaledaar laccha parantha

Ingredients--

2 cup  wheat flour
1 tsp carrom seeds
Salt
Kasoori methi
1 cup milk
2 tsp oil

For masala---

1/2 tsp Haldi
2 tsp Mirch
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp amchur powder
Salt
1 tsp jeera dhaniya powder
Ghee

Method-- 

Add all ingredients and mix
Make soft dough and grease with oil
Cover for 20 min.
Then make masala by adding all masala and mix
Now roll down dough in big size roti
Apply ghee all over and sprinkle masala upon
Now fold in pleats and make round spiral
And add 2 crushed garlic cloves and black seasme seeds
Sprinkle dry flour and roll down gently
Now cook on tawa by adding ghee
