Oats methi muthiya

OATS METHI MUTHIYA

Ingredients-
2 cup methi leaves
2 tbsp suji
1 cup coarsely ground oats
3 tbsp curd
Salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp green chilli paste
Hing
For tadka----
Oil 1 tsp
Rai
Seasme seeds
Curry leaves
Green chilli

Method---
Take a bowl and add oats, suji, methi ,curd and all ingredents and make a dough. Now roll it with hands and make a cylinder and put in steamer.cook for 20 min.you can check it with insert a knife .If knife comes clean then it is ready. Let it cool and cut in slices.now heat oil add rai and sesame seeds curry leaves and green chilli.our tadka is ready.ppour it over muthiya and serve with salad and green tea
