Masala khichri with kadhi(pen)

#MASALA KHICHRI WITH KADHI

Ingredents---

1/2 cup rice
1/4 cup green moong daal
2 tbsp chana daal
2 tbsp yellow moong daal
Salt
1 tsp haldi
2 cloves
2 Cardmon
1 chakri phool
1 bay leaf
1 javitri
1 stick of cinnamon
1/2 chop carrot
1 potato chopped
1/2 cup chop cauliflower
4 chopped french beans
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 inch chop ginger
2 cloves of garlic
2 green chilli
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
Hing
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp coriander powder
Coriander leaves
For kadhi---
1/2 cup besan
1 cup buttermilk
Salt
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
Hing
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp whole coriander seeds
2 Green chilli
Coriander leaves

Method---

Soak rice and all daal
Make a potli of whole spices
Take cooker add all daala,rice,potli,salt,haldi and give 3 whistle
Till then steam all vegetables
Heat ghee add jeera,rai and hing
Add garlic and onion and saute
Add tomato and cook
Add haldi coriander powder and chilli powder
Add little water
Then add all vegetables mash,mix and cook
Add half cup water and khichri and mix
Our spicy masala khichri is ready
For kadhi--
Add besan ,buttermilk,salt and haldi and whisk finely
Heat ghee or oil add jeera,coriander seeds , fenugreek seeds rai and hing
When splutter add besan mix and stir continuously
Add ginger paste and chilli
Cook 15 min.
Serve hot with khichri and papad
