Shotbread chocochip cookies with choclate(per)

Ingredients--

1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 cup flour
3/4 cup choclate chips
1 cup choclate
Sprinkles

Method---
Cream butter and sugar
Beat them with beater till creamy
Add flour and vanilla essence
Add choclate chips and make dough
Take plastic sheet and roll down dough in 1/4 inch thickness
Keep in freeze for at least 30 min
Then cut in desired shape and bake for 10-15 min.
Let them cool
Melt choclate in microwave or in double boiler dip cookies in choclate and decorate with sprinkles.
