Biscuit pakoda

Ingredients--

12 monaco biscuits

Filling--

2 boil potato
1/2 fine chop onion
1tsp ginger
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp mirchi powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder

For spread on biscuit--

1  tbsp chipotle  mayo
1 tsp Red chilli flakes
1 tsp Oregano

For pakoda---

1 cup besan
1/2 tsp carrom seeds
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp haldi powder
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Method--

For spread--

Take chipotle mayo flakes and oregano and mix them
Keep aside

For filling---

Mach boiled potato in a bowl add other veggies
Add spices and coriander leaves

For pakoda battar----

Take besan carrom seeds hing salt haldi and chilli powder and mix all of them
Add little water and whisk  to avoid lumps
Now add required water  to desired  consistency

Preparation---

Take one biscuit  spread mayo mix upon it
Then add potato filling
And cover with other biscuit
Prepare all sandwiches like that
Heat oil
Dip biscuit sandwitch in pakoda mix and fry them
Our biscuit pakoda are ready.
