Kulchha samosa taco
For kulchha
Ingredents---
1 cup flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp curd
Coriander leaves
For samosa---
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp carrom seeds
2 tsp ghee
Water as required
2 boiled potato
1/2 cup boiled peas
1 tsp ginger
1 green chilli
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper powder
7 kishmish
2 tbsp cashew in pieces
2 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp hing
Coriander leaves
4 curry leaves
1 tsp fennel powder
For serving----
Harisa dressing of veeba
Southwest dressing of veena
Lettuce
Onion slices
Butter for cooking
Method---
For kulchha--
Add all ingredients and make a soft dough
Leave covered for 2 hours
Then devide in equal parts and roll down
Sprinkle coriander leaves and again roll
Cook on tawa from both sides.
For samosa--
Add all ingredients and make dough
Cover and keep aside
Heat oil and add jeera and hing
Now add ginger paste ,green chilli
And potato
Add boiled peas cook all of them
Add spices and mix
Add coriander leaves
Our filling is ready
Now devide cough in equal balls
Roll down online and cut from middle
Apply water in straight side and gold from middle
Fill with filling and seal from upper side shape samosa
Fry them in heated oil on medium flake
For serving--
Heat tawa and add butter
Put kuchha and cook it
Spread desired dressing
Add lattuce and onion dulces
Then put samosa on it
And cook till crispy
Serve hot with drink
