Tricolour paneer role with mayo and salad(per)

Ingredients -

1.5 cup wheat flour
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup beet puree
1/4 cup palak puree
2 tbsp carrot puree
2 tsp Oil
1 cup paneer cube
1 cup bell pepper cubes
1 cup onion cubes
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp haldi for carrot dough
leaves Coriander
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
Hing
1 tbsp chilli sauc
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 lemon juice
Green chutney
Mayo
Carrot radish sala

Recipes Instructions-

1. Take 1 cup flour add beet puree and salt with oil and make dough.
2. Take 3/4 flour and add palak puree,salt and oil make a dough.
3. Take remaining 1/2 cup flour and add carrot,haldi,salt,oil and make dough.
4. Make a long role of carrot dough.
5. Take palak dough and roll down to wrap carrot role in it
6.Put carrot role in it and cover with palak dough.
7. Take beet dough and roll down bigger then palak dough.
8. Put carrot palak roll in it and cover with beet dough.
9. And cut in equal parts.
10. Press a little and make thin Roti's like tortia.
11. Heat oil in pan add jeera hing and onion.
12. Saute and add bell peppers.
13. Now add paneer and all spices and sauce.
14. Take tricolour torta and apply green chutney upon it.
15. Then add filling.
16. And make tight role.
17. Dizzle mayo and serve with salad.
