Suji balls(pen)

Ingredents---
2 cup suji
3 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp oil
For tadka----
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
Hing
1 tsp urad daal
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp chana daal
10 curry leaves
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp sugar
1 lemon juice
Coriander leaves
Sesame seeds
Method---
Heat water in pan
Add oil ,salt and ginger paste
When water boil add suji and mix
Turn off gas
Cover for 5 min for rise of suji
Heat steamer and grease tray
Take oil in palm and make suji balls
Cook in steamer for 20 min.
Heat oil in pan add jeera hing
Rai and curry leaves
Then add both daal and fenugreek seeds
Roast all of them
And add haldi salt sugar and red chilli powder
Add suji balls and little water
Mix balls in masala and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with chutney
