Vegetable couscuos upma


Couscous is a super food and very very nutritious.it is rich in vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorus and potassium,magnesium.it is good source of protein.lower in calories.helps in weight loss and digestion cancer prevention,boost immune system.in this upma I add many vegetables again vegetables are very healthy.

Ingredents----

1/2 cup couscous
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup chop onion
1/2 cup chop 3 bell peppers
1/2 cup peas,beans and carrot
1 green chilli
1 tsp chop ginger
Coriander leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
Hing
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder
Curry leaves
1 tsp urad daal
Lemon juice

Method----

Heat water and add salt
Boil couscous for 10 to 15 min till boil
When boil strain it
Boil peas,carrot and beans
Heat oil add jeera rai and hing
Add urad daal and roast
Add curry leaves and ginger
Add onion and green chilli and saute
Then add bell peppers and cook them
And add boiled vegetables
Mix all of them and add salt and pepper
Squeeze lemon juice and our upma is ready to serve
