Quick kalakand

Ingredients---

1 cup paneer
3 cup milkmaid
1 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp cream
Cardmon powder
Saffron sprigs
Almond pista powder for garnish
Rose petals

Method---

Heat milk in pan add milkmaid and milk powder
Mix finely mash paneer and add in milk
Stir continuosly
Add cardmon powder
Cook for 15 to 20 min.
When it becomes thick turn off gas
Grease a tray or mould
Transfer it in tray
Spread and garnish with nuts powder and saffron strands
Cut in desired shape and serve
