Oats almond nankhatai
As we all know that oats are very healthy.So today I make oats nankhatai and believe me these nankhatai are much more tasty then regular nankhatai. I use to make oats cookies but nankhatai I made first time.It is very healthy and tasty
Ingredients--
3/4 cup oats
1tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp almond
1 tsp cardmon powder
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup powder sugar
Method--
Add ghee and sugar in bowl and whisk them
Make powder of oats
Coarsly grind almonds
Now add all three flours in ghee mix
Add cardmon powder
Make dough
Preheat ovan
Make same size balls and press little
Bake 20 to 25 min.at 180 degree
Enjoy healthy and tasty nankhatai
