Vada paav idli
Ingredients--
2 cup idli battar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp eno
For vada paav--
4 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 spoon hing
5 curry leaves
1 tsp ginger
2 green chilli
Salt to taste
1 tsp haldi powder
1/2 lemon juice
Coriander leaves
Dry garlic chutney
Method--
Heat oil and add jeera,rai and hing
Saute them and add curry leaves ginger and chilli
Add haldi powder mix all of them
Now add potato and cook a little
Mash potatoes and add salt and lemon juice
Lastly add coriander leaves
Let filling cool and make small tikkies
Now add salt and eno in battar
Mix them and grease mould
Pour battar in half of mould
Then put tikki in it
And cover it with battar
Prepare all like this sprinkle garlic chilli chutney upon idlies
And cook for 15 to 20 min.in steamer
Cool them and remove carefully
Serve with coconut chutney
