Dabeli chilla
Ingredients--
1 cup Moong daal
1 tsp ginger
2 green chilli
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi
For dabeli---
4 boiled potato
1 tbsp ginger
1 chopped green chilli
1 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves
4 tbsp dabeli masala
1/2 lemon juice
Imli chutney
Green chutney
For compliments--'
Chopped onion
Masala or plain Peanuts
Sev bhujiya
Pomegranate pearls
Coriander leaves
Method--
Soak moong daal for minimum 4 to 5 hours
Then remove from water and grind with ginger and chilli
Add salt and keep aside
Make chilla and spread dabeli filling upon it
Spread both chutnies one by one
Sprinkle all supplements
Fold carefully
Cut in pieces and serve hot
