Ingredients--
1 cup oats flour
2 tbsp subji
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup grated coconut
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tbsp chopped onion
Salt as per taste

For tadka---
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
8-10 curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds

Method--
Take oats flour subji and salt mix them
Add curd and mix all of them
Add grated vegetables
Add spices and ginger,chilli paste
If battar is thick add some water
Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves
Add tadka in battar
Hear apple pan grease oil and make apple
Cook from both sides by adding oil
Serve with chutney
