Paneer tikka wheat uttapam
Ingredients--
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp Salt
Water as required
1 cup paneer cubes
1/2 cup onion cubes
1/2 cup capsicum cubes
1/2 cup curd
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Coriander leaves
1 tsp Salt
Water as required
1 cup paneer cubes

Method--
Take flour and salt in a bowl and add water
Whisk and mix finely
Take curd in a bowl and add all spices
Add oil and lemon juice
Now add cubes of vegetables
And toss let them marinate for 15 min.
Then get tawa and grease with oil
Add 2 tbsp battar and add paneer tikka on it
Press little and flip it
Add oil and let it cook
Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
