Cheesy crackers

Ingredients----
4 ounces of cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter(unsalted)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp ice water
Method--
Combine cheese,butter and salt in bowl
And beat with beater
Add flour and add 1 ice water and combine
It seems dry then add 1 more tsp of ice water
Wrap dough in cling and keep in freeze for
30 min.
Preheat ovan
Roll out dough to 1/8 of an inch pinching the cracks on the ends
Cut into small 1×1 inches squares and make hole in middle of square
Place separate squares in baking tray and  bake at 180 degree for 13 min.till light brown.
