Nankhatai biscuit

Ingredients---

ghee

1cup powder sugar
2cup Maida
Cardmon powder
Almonds flakes if desired


Method------


Take sugar and ghee and cream them. Then add Maida and cardmon powder and make a dough. Divide all dough in equal parts and make rounds in Palm.
Press a little and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 15-20
Min.
Cool them for ten min. And they are ready
