Watermelon khandvi

Ingredient --

1 cup besan
1 cup watermelon juice
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
For tadka---
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Coriandender leaves
1 tbsp coconut powder or grated coconut
Watermelon scoops for garnish

Method--

Take besan in bowl add watermelon juice salt and ginger paste
Whisk finely to remove lumps
Now cook it in microwave for 3 min.
And stir it
Again cook  for 2 min.
Stir it
Repeat this till 8 min.
Then check that it leave plate
Then spread it thinly on aluminum  foil braking sheet
Let it cool then make roll
Cut in small pieces
Make tadka and temper them
Garnish with scoops,coriander  leaves and coconut powder
