Ingredients to make Watermelon rind halva

1 bowl grated watermelon rind1 tbsp Ghee1/4 cup Sugar1/4 cup mava10 cashnew nuts2 cardmon's powderSilver foilCherriesSecret ingredent Saffron

How to make Watermelon rind halva

Grate watermelon rind

Add half ghee in pan

Add rind in it

Cover it and Cook for 5 min.

On other gas heat ghee and roast mava

When it change colour off gas

Add sugar and Cook till soft

When water removes from halva add mava and saffron

Add cardmon powder and half chopped cashews tir it and our halva is ready

Garnish with kaju

My Tip:

I use saffron in it otherwise there is no need of saffron
