Ingredients to make Afghani kulcha cookies for Eid

3/4 cup Sugar3/4 cup Butter1.5 cup Flour1 tbsp Milk Powder1 Egg1 tsp vanilla essence1/2 tsp baking powder25 Pista Pista15 Almonds2 tbsp desired jam

How to make Afghani kulcha cookies for Eid

Take sugar and butter in a bowl and cream them

Add egg and again whisk

Then take flour and milk powder,and baking powder

And vanilla essence

Mix all of them

And make a dough

Preheat ovan

Take this dough on work place

And knead lightly

Take two parchment paper

Devide dough in two parts

Put one part upon a sheet

Cover with other and roll down

Cut in desired shapes with cookie cutters

Cover baking tray with parchment paper

And arrange all cookies

Bake for 12 min.at 180 degree

Let them cool

Till then make coarse powder of almods and pista

Take strawberry jam in a cup

Brush jam on cookies center

And add almond and pista powder

Light press powder with fingers

And afgani kulcha cookies are ready to serve
