Ingredients to make Mango suji fruity and nutty cake

1 cup suji [Semolina]1/2 cup Mango puree3/4 cup Sugar2 tbsp Ghee1 tsp cardmon powder1 cup milk1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp baking powder4 tbsp nuts2 tbsp trutti frutti

How to make Mango suji fruity and nutty cake

Take suji and sugar mix them

Remove all lumps

Add mango puree

And cardmon powder

Take half milk and mix

Keep it covered for 15 min.

Preheat ovan

After 15 min.add remaining milk and mix

Then add baking powder and baking soda

Mix all of them

Add half nuts and truti frutti

Pour this mixture in mould

Top with remaining nuts and truti frutti

Bake for 25 min at 180 degree

Let it cool

Un mould cut and serve
