Instant Curd and suji appe(per)

Ingredents---
1 cup suji
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Salt
Pinch of baking soda
1 tsp fruit salt
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 green chilli
Coriander leaves
For tadka---
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
5-6 curry leaves
Pinch of hing
Oil for cooking

Method---
Add sugi curd water and salt in a bowl
Mix all of them and keep aside for 30 min.
Choop all vegetables
Mix them in suji mix and add salt
Now make tadka with given ingredients and add in it
Check consistency
Heat apne pan grease it
Pour batter and cook them by adding oil
Serve with green chutney
