Quinoa salad

Ingredients--
1/2 cup quinoa
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp spring onion
2 tbsp Red bell pepper
2 tbsp Carrot
15 Mint leaves
1/2 Lemon
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Raisins
1/2 tsp Haldi
Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper

Method--

First soak quinoa in water and wash it finely
Then add quinoa with water in cooker
Add salt
Cook in cooker till 1st whistle
Then low the heat and cook for 5 min.
Turn off gas
Take it out in a bowl and let it cool
Till then chop all vegetables
Grate carrot
Chop raisins
Mix all ingredients in quinoa
And our yummy and healthy salad id ready to serve.
