Oats and vermicelli idli

Ingredients--

1 cup roasted vermicelli
1/2 cup oats flour
1/2 cup suji
3/4 cup curd
Ginge
1/2 tsp baking soda
Salt to taste
Tempering----
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 green chilli
1 tsp channa daal
1 tsp urad daal
4 curry leaves
Hing

Method--

Mix together all things like vermicelli, oats flour,suji,curd,ginger,salt and baking soda..mix well and keep cover for 15 min.
Make tempering by adding oil in pan
Add mustard seeds when they splutter add bengal gram,urad daal,curry leaves,green chillies.pour this tempering in battar and again rest for 5 min.
Pour in greased moulds and steam for 10 min.
Serve hot
