Rasmalai modak

Ingredients--

1 cup paneer
1/2 cup milk powder
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp ghee
Pista
Rasmalai essence
Yellow food colour

Method--

Blend paneer finely
Heat ghee in pan
Transfer paneer in pan
Add milk powder and sugar
On gas and stir regularly
Then add pista colour essence
Make modak and serve
