Ratatouille bruchetta

Ingredents--


1 Garlic  loaf bread

60gram butter

1/2 cup yellow and green zuccini

2 tbsp chop eggplant
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp chop onion
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp parsley
5-6 basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt as per taste

Pepper

Method---
Heat oil add minced garlic and onion and saute then add all vegetables except zucchini and  egg plant cover them and cook then add bell peppers and cook till vegetables soft.then add  tomato sauce,salt and eggplant .Cut garlic loaf in slices add garlic butter and roast
Then add vegetables and basil leaves
Dizzle mayo and serve
