Lauki and chana daal vegetable(pen)

Ingredents---
1 cup soaked chana daal
1 cup chop lauki
1 chop onion
4 garlic cloves
1 chop tomato
1 tsp ginger paste
1 green chilli
1 cup curd
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
1 tsp jeera
Pinch of hing
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp fennel powder
Coriander leaves

Method--
Take soaked daal remove water
Heat oil add whole spices then add garlic and onion saute them.adf chana daal and half cup water cover and let it cool.take curd add all powder spices  and mix finely
Add lauki in chana daal and cook both of them.then add masala curd and stir it.add tomato and mix.cover and cook.add garam masala and coriander leaves.
