Daal pakwaan
On Sunday or holiday we all love to have daal pakwaan.
Ingredients---
For daal--
1 cup channa daal
Salt as per taste
1 tsp haldi powder
1/4 tsp hing
1 tsp ginger and green chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
2 dry red chilli
1 lemon juice
Coriander leaves

For pakwan---
2 cup wheat flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp jeera
2 tbsp oil
Water as required

For accompanied---
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 green chilli
1 tbsp Grated ginger
Imli chutney
Green chutney
Pomegranate pearls
1 chopped tomato

Method---
For daal--
Soak daal for 4 hours
Add in cooker with salt,haldi,ginger chilli paste and 2 cup water
Give 3 whistles
Heat oil add hing and jeera
Add dry red chilli
Then add red chilli powder and 1/4 cup water
Add daal in it and remaining spices
Our daal is ready

,For pakwaan---
Add flour,salt,jeera and oil
Add water and make dough
Let it set for some time
Then roll down like purus and prick them with fork
Heat oil and dry them

Serve along with daal add onion ,tomato imli chaat,green chutney
Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle pomegranate seeds
