Ingredients to make Onion pepper quiche
2cup Maida
Cold Butter 1cup
Salt
Cold Water
For filling---
Onion 1 chop
Red, yellow and green Capsicum 1cup
Spinach finely chop half cup
Baby Tomato 6
Parsley
1/2 Cup Hungcurd
Cream 200 ml
Salt
Pepper
Process cheese 4cubes
How to make Onion pepper quiche
Take flour add salt and butter
Rub butter in flour and make crumbly
Add water and make a dough
Keep in freezer for 1an hour
Take out from freeze and roll down
Fix it in tart mould
Prik it with fork for stop it from blooming
Then blind bake it for 10 minutes on 180 degree
Chop all vegetables in slices
For custard take hung curd and cream and beat finely
Add salt and pepper
Now take tart and all vegetables in it
Grate cheese all over
Pour custard all over vegies
Top with cherry tomato and parsley
