1 tsp chaat Masala
1 Lemon juice
3 boil potato
Salt
Haldi
Red Chilli powder
Coriander leaves
Oil for shallow frying

For topping---

Chop Onion and tomato
Green chiil
Coriander leaves
Sev bhujiya
Pomegranate seeds
Green chutney
Imly chutney

How to make Ragda patty

TAKE BOIL POTATO AND MASH

ADD HALDI MIRCHI AND SALT

ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND GINGER PASTE

MASH THEM AND MIX THEM FOR PATTIES

NOW TAKE BOILED PEAS AND ONION

ADD 1 TBSP PEAS ,ONION AND GINGER PASTE IN MIXER

MAKE A PASTE

HEAT OIL IN PAN AND ADD JEERA AND ONION

ADD PASTE

COOK IT

NOW ADD CORIANDER POWDER, HALDI MIRCHI AND SALT, GARAM MASALA, CHAAT MASALA AND JEERA POWDER

ADD WATER AND MIX

ADD PEAS AND MAKE RAGDA

ADD LEMON JUICE AND CORIANDER LEAVES

TAKE POTATO PASTE AND MAKE PATTIES

MAKE ALL PATTIES LIKE THAT

OUR PATTIES ARE READY

NOW TAKE CHOP TOMATO, ONION POMEGRANATE SEEDS, CHUTNEY , CORIANDER LEAVES

TAKE SEV BHUJIYA

HEAT TAWA AND ADD OIL SHALLOW FRY PATTIES

COOK FROM BOTH SIDES

NOW IT IS TIME TO SERVE TAKE PATTY IN PLATE

ADD RAGDA, THEN TOMATO ,ONION

ADD BOTH CHUTNEY

SPRINKLE SEV AND POMEGRANATE SEEDS

GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
