Ingredients to make butterfly pasta in tangy tomato sauce
1 cup butterfly pasta
1 tsp Oil
1/2 cup chop onion and Garlic
1/4 cup chop Carrot
1 tsp Olives and capers
1 tsp Chilli sauce
Salt
Pepper
3 tbsp Tomato paste
1 Stick celery
1 tbsp grated Cheese
Parsley for garnish
How to make butterfly pasta in tangy tomato sauce
boil pasta in hot water
add oil and salt to water
when boil drain the water
heat olive oil in a pan
add onion and garlic saute them
add carrot and celery
cook for 5 min. until soft
add olive and capers
add chilli sauce
then take tomato paste and add it with water
add salt and pepper
when pasta coated in gravy it is ready to serve
grate cheese
garnish with parsley
