🌴🌴🌴From our childhood we were used to eat kali mirch in winter.In breakfast we used to have kali mirch with papad. Generally on Sunday or some other holiday either aate ka halva or kali mirch.alongwith papad or mogar ki subji..That was our breakfast.In cold cold winter hot hot kali mirch .....I love very much..... my grand mother..'s dish ...Just I want to share with all of you.Easy to make and taste mein gajab...Anand hi anand

🌴🌴🌴Ingredents---

4 tbsp wheat flour
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup sugar
8-10 peppercorns
2 tbsp gond
8-10 almonds

🌴🌴🌴Method----
Heat ghee in pan.add gond in ghee and stir till it completely splutter

It will become double in size add peppercorns and stir

then add almonds.
roast in ghee till golden

then add wheat flour and cook.

stir continuously otherwise flour will burn.

when it will cook it's colour will change and it becomes brown.

Then add sugar in it

Stir till sugar mix in it finely

Cook on low flame.

Serve hot
