Vegetable jalphrezi


🌷Vegetable jalfrezi is a wonderful sweet and sour vegetable.everyone love this vegetable.full of vegetables with butter and creamy taste goes very well in winters.

🌷Ingredents----

2 cup red,yellow,green chop in strips bell peppers
1 cup carrot in strips
1 cup potato in strips
1 cup beans in strips
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp oil
1 bay leaf
4 cloves
6 peppercorns
1 stick cinnemon stick
1 tsp jeera
6 cashew nuts
1 cup chop onion
1 cup chop tomato
1 tsp chop ginger
1 green chilli
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup cream
Coriander leaves

🌷Method----

Heat 1 tbsp butter in pan add whole spices and saute
Then add onion and saute
Add tomato and cook
Add green chilli
Add cashews
Add haldi and red chilli powder
When they all become soften turn off gas
Let it cool and then make paste in mixi
Till then in same pan again heat butter and oil
Add 3 bell peppers stir them
Then add beans and stir
Add carrot and potato
Stir all of them add salt and garam masala
Add sugar
Add little water cover pan on low flame
And cover the pan
Let it cook till 5 min.
Then add gravy and mix
Cook 2 min and add cream
Lastly add coriander leaves
