Baked matar paneer gujiya
Ingredients--
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp carrom seeds
1/2 cup boiled peas
1/2 cup grated paneer
1 tsp grated ginger
1 green chilli
1 tbsp cashew pieces
1 tbsp kishmis
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
Ghee for greasing
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp carrom seeds
1/2 cup boiled peas
1/2 cup grated paneer
1 tsp grated ginger
1 green chilli
1 tbsp cashew pieces
1 tbsp kishmis
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
Ghee for greasing
Method--
Take flour and salt in a bowl
Add ghee and crumble it in flour
Add carrom seeds and required water and make dough
Take boiled peas and grind them coarsely
Grate paneer and add ginger and chilli
Add all spices and mix them
Add nuts and coriander leaves
Devide dough in equal parts and make balls
Take ball and roll down
Place it in gujiya mould stuff with filling
Carefully seal remove extra parts
Prepare all gujiya like that
Place in lined baking tray
Preheat ovan brush with ghee
And bake for 20 min.at 180 degree
Serve with green chutney and sauce
