Ingredents---
1/2 cup couscous
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped mix bell peppers
1/2 cup beans,carrot and peas
1 green chilli
1 tsp chop ginger
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp pepper powder 5-6 curry leaves
1 tsp urad daal
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method---
Heat water in pan add salt boil couscous 10- min.strain and remove water
Boil peas carrot and beans
Heat oil add rai,jeera hing
Add urad daal and roast
Then curry leaves and ginger
Add green chilli and onion and saute
Add all bell peppers and cook mix boil vegetables
Add salt and pepper ,lemon juice garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot
