Mango smoothie


Smoothie is healthy recipe which helps in weight loss.mango is in season so I made mango smoothie.it prevents cancer.it is anti incident compound in mango fruit have been found to protect against colon
Breast,lukemiaand prostate cancer.banana improves digestion,increase energy,healthy bones get weight loss in 30 days about 50 pounds. Nuts we all know that have heavy nutrients.

Ingredents---
1/2 mango
1/2 banana
2 slices of pineapple
Pomegranate pearls ,grapes or any desired fruits for topping,flax seeds and coconut

Method--
Keep all fruits in freezer for chilling
At the time of preparation take all in mixi and make puree.
Take serving plate and transfer smoothie in it.garnish with desired fruits,coconut,flax seeds and walnuts
Serve cold
