1 cup Flour3/4 cup Butter3/4 Cup milkmaid1/4 cup powder Sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 Tsp Vanilla essenceMilk as per required1 tbsp Lemon zest1 tsp Lemon juiceFor decoration---fondant7 desired coloursSprinkles

How to make Colourful cute lemon muffins

Take butter and sugar in a bowl

Beat them till creamy

Add milkmaid and again beat

Preheat ovan

Sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda

Mix flour in butter mix

Add vanilla essence

Add lemon zest and lemon juice and mix

Add milk if required as per consistency

Grease muffin moulds and pour batter in 3/4 of mould

Bake them for 20-25 min at 180 degree

When baked let them cool

Till then take fondant and devide it in 7 parts

And mix 7 colours in seven parts

Roll them and arrange on cupcakes

Make 7 layers of coloured fondant

Decorate with sprinkles

Serve these cute muffins to your kids
