Mango pudding

Ingredients---
1 mango
1 cup milk
2 tsp agar agar powder
1 cup whip cream
1/4 cup sugar
Mango sauce---
50 gram mango puree
20 ml.water
For garnishing--
Some mango pieces
Black grapes
Method---
Make puree of mango
Heat milk and add agar agar powder
Stir continuously
Add sugar
When it become thick turn off gas
Take whipped cream and add 1/2 mango puree in it
Whisk and then add milk mix
Add this mix in a bowl and keep in freeze to set for 1 an hour
Take remaining mango puree and add water in it
Whisk and pour upon pudding
Garnish with mango pieces and grapes
Serve cold
