Tricolour sabudana kabab

Ingredients--

1 cup sabudana
1 boiled potato
1/4 cup roasted  peanuts
Salt to taste
1 tsp jeera powder
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp green chutney
1 tsp carrot paste
1/4 tsp haldi

Method--

Soak sabudana for 2 hours
Remove from water and add in bowl
Grate potato in it add green chutney peanuts lemon juice
Mix all  finely and devide this mix in 3 parts
Add chutney  in one part
Add carrot paste and haldi in second
Leave 3 part as it is
Oil your palm and make small kabab
Heat tawa add ghee and cook from both sides
Serve hot
