Shortbread cookies

Ingredients--

1 cup softened butter
2/3 cup powder sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 cup maida
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
200 gram milk choclate

Method--

Take butter and sugar in bowl and beat them till light and fluffy.add vanilla essence and mix
Add flour and mix
Add chocolate chips  and fold
Make dough and roll between two plastic sheets in 1/4 inch thickness
Keep in freeze for 2 hours
Remove dough from sheets and cut in rectangle and transfer to baking sheet
Bake for 15 to 20 min.at 180 degree
Melt choclate in microwave for 30 seconds
Dip cookies in it and enjoy
