Strawberry lemon thumb cookies

Ingredients--

113 gram soft butter
75 gram castor sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 yolk
1 cup flour
Strawberry jam
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp milk
1/4 cup icing sugar

Cream butter and sugar add zest,yolk and flour
Combine together with fingertips
Kerp in freeze for 10 min.
Then roll them in balls
Make mark in center with spoon
Then fill it with strawberry jam
Cook cookies for 12 min.in preheated ovan at 180 degree
Till then sugar,milk and lemon juice and pour upon hot cookies
